Tonic Structural release notes

SQL Server: Fixed an issue where SQL Server data generation with TONIC_SQL_SERVER_SKIP_CREATE_DB set to true failed on temporal (system-versioned) tables that are referenced by schema-bound views. Structural now temporarily drops those views while it clears the destination, and recreates them from their existing destination definitions after the data is loaded. Indexed views over other tables no longer prevent those tables from being cleared. If a temporal table still can't be prepared for the data copy, the job now fails immediately and names the table, instead of failing hours later.
