Tonic Structural release notes

MongoDB: Fixed an issue where the IBAN generator did not change MongoDB field values, and the FNR and Finnish Personal Identity Code generators failed on MongoDB fields. These generators now work on MongoDB the same way that they work on other databases.

Oracle: Improved the performance of data generation for tables that contain RAW columns. Structural writes these tables to the destination database with SQL*Loader. Previously, it could load only a few hundred rows per second, which meant that large tables could take days. These tables now load at a rate comparable to other tables.
